2o July 2015 – Trust Property Management has announced its contract win to act as the managing agent for Windsor Court, a residential 24-flat building & Kensington House, a residential 22-flat building, both located in the same estate in Hemel Hempstead.

The estate, known as the Corner Hall Estate, originally comprised of four detached office buildings known as Brindley House, Telford House, Clifton Court and Brunel Court.  All four buildings were originally constructed in the 1980s, and each comprises three or four storeys.

Telford House has been converted into residential apartments and is now known as Kensington House.  Brindley House is currently in the process of being converted into residential apartments and will be known as Windsor Court.

Hemel Hempstead is located within the county of Hertfordshire, with the building complex itself being south of a retail centre of Hemel Hempstead New Town. The total floor areas is 4,888 sq. m (52,631 sq. ft.) spread over four buildings. The surrounding area also includes several outlets for national retailers including Debenhams, Starbucks, HMV and Waterstones.
